Introduction and acceptance
This Risk Disclosure explains the main risks of trading leveraged products such as forex and contracts for difference (CFDs) on gold, currencies and indices. It applies to everyone who uses the MIZANOVA website at https://mizanova.blue-tech.ae, our educational content, our public Telegram channel and Discord community, our private trading desk and our copy-trading guidance.
Trading these products carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose part or all of the capital you allocate to trading. By using MIZANOVA services, or by opening a trading account after learning about it through MIZANOVA, you confirm that you have read and understood this disclosure and that you accept the risks described in it.
What leveraged trading involves
When you trade forex or CFDs you do not own the underlying asset. You enter into a contract with your broker whose value follows the price of gold, a currency pair, an index or another instrument. You can profit or lose whether prices rise or fall, depending on the direction of your position.
These products are traded on margin: you deposit only a fraction of the position's full value. This lets you control a large exposure with a small amount of money, and it is why both gains and losses can be far larger than the money you initially put up.
Market risk and volatility
Financial markets can move quickly and unpredictably. Prices may change sharply in seconds, and no person, method or tool can reliably predict them. Common drivers of sudden movements include:
- Economic data releases such as inflation, employment and interest-rate decisions
- Statements by central banks, governments and public officials
- Geopolitical events, conflicts, sanctions and natural disasters
- Shifts in market sentiment, liquidity and risk appetite
Gold is particularly sensitive to interest rates, the US dollar and geopolitical news, currency pairs react sharply to central bank decisions, and indices can fall significantly on economic or global news. Volatility can work against you as easily as in your favour.
Leverage, margin and stop-out
Leverage multiplies the effect of every price movement on your account. A small move against your position can cause a loss that is large relative to your deposit, and at high leverage a modest movement can wipe out your available margin entirely.
If your account equity falls below the level required to keep positions open, your broker may issue a margin call asking you to add funds or reduce exposure. If equity keeps falling and reaches the broker's stop-out level, some or all of your positions may be closed automatically at the prevailing market price, without further notice and often at a substantial loss.
Margin requirements, leverage limits, stop-out levels and any negative-balance protection are set by the broker, vary by account type, instrument and jurisdiction, and may change, for example before major news or weekends.
Liquidity, gaps and slippage
In fast or thin markets spreads may widen and orders may be filled at a worse price than requested. This difference is known as slippage and can occur on entry, exit, stop-loss and take-profit orders.
Prices can also gap, jumping from one level to another without trading in between, for instance when markets reopen after a weekend or following unexpected news. A stop-loss order does not guarantee that your position will be closed at the stop price; during a gap it will usually be executed at the next available price, which may result in a larger loss than you planned.
Technology and platform risk
Online trading depends on technology that can fail. Your results may be affected by events outside your control and outside MIZANOVA's control, including:
- Interruptions or delays in your internet connection or device
- Outages, maintenance or errors on the broker's trading platform or servers
- Delays in receiving signals, alerts or messages via Telegram, Discord or other channels
- Unauthorised access to your accounts if your credentials are not kept secure
Keep your login details private and have an alternative way to reach your broker in case one channel stops working.
Limitations of signals and analysis
Signals, market analysis, trade updates and educational examples shared by MIZANOVA, whether publicly or through the private trading desk, are general information. They are prepared without knowledge of your financial situation, objectives, experience or risk tolerance and are not personalised investment advice.
A signal may be wrong, may be published or received with a delay, or may no longer be valid by the time you act on it. Two traders following the same signal can obtain different results because of entry timing, position size, spreads, execution quality and account settings. You alone decide whether to place a trade, how much to risk and when to exit.
Copy-trading risks
Copy trading is provided on the broker's platform under the broker's terms; MIZANOVA only offers guidance on how it works. When you copy a strategy, your account reproduces the provider's trades, and it reproduces losses just as it reproduces gains. Specific risks include:
- Slippage and execution differences between the provider's account and yours
- Different results caused by account size, leverage, proportional sizing and fees
- Changes in the provider's strategy, risk level or behaviour without notice
- Provider risk, including poor decisions, errors or a sudden series of losses
- Open positions that may remain exposed after you stop copying, depending on platform settings
Review the copy settings and risk limits before activating any strategy, and monitor your account regularly.
The broker and your funds
Grand Capital, as the broker, is responsible for opening accounts, identity verification, order execution, trading platforms, spreads and fees, deposits and withdrawals under its own terms and conditions. MIZANOVA never receives, holds or manages client funds, does not execute trades and does not manage client accounts.
The protections available to you depend on the broker entity you contract with and the law that applies to it. Never send money to any person or account claiming to represent MIZANOVA. Make deposits only through the broker's official channels after confirming you are dealing with the genuine broker.
Suitability and psychological risk
Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Do not trade with borrowed money, savings needed for essential living costs, or funds set aside for obligations such as rent, education or debt repayment.
Trading can be emotionally demanding. Fear, greed, overconfidence and the urge to recover losses quickly can lead to oversized positions and repeated losses. Set clear risk limits, take breaks after losing streaks, and stop if trading begins to affect your wellbeing or finances. You are responsible for deciding whether trading is appropriate for your knowledge, circumstances and objectives.
Past performance and hypothetical results
Past performance, whether of MIZANOVA's signals, a copy-trading provider, a strategy or a market, is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Examples, back-tests, screenshots and hypothetical scenarios used in education or marketing are illustrative only. MIZANOVA does not promise or guarantee any profit or return.
Local restrictions, taxes, updates and contact
Leveraged trading and the services described on this website may be restricted or unavailable in some countries. You are responsible for checking that trading and opening an account with the broker is lawful where you live and for complying with any tax obligations on your trading results.
