Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the MIZANOVA website at https://mizanova.blue-tech.ae and of all MIZANOVA services, content and communities. By using the website or any of our services, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure and Partnership Disclosure, which form part of them.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or our services. Additional terms may apply to specific programs or offerings and will be made available to you where relevant.
Definitions
In these terms:
- "MIZANOVA", "we", "us" and "our" mean the MIZANOVA brand and the team that operates it.
- "You" and "user" mean any person who accesses the website or uses our services.
- "Services" means the website, educational content and programs, the private trading desk, our community channels, copy-trading guidance, articles and support.
- "Broker" means Grand Capital, the independent broker with which trading accounts are opened.
- "Content" means all text, analysis, signals, videos, graphics and other materials made available by MIZANOVA.
About MIZANOVA and our services
MIZANOVA is a trading education, market-analysis and community brand for Arab traders, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our services may include:
- Trading education, including free introductory lectures and a full program delivered through an external education platform
- A private trading desk providing signals, analysis and trade updates to qualified clients only
- A public Telegram channel and a Discord community for general and educational content
- Guidance on copy trading, while the copy-trading service itself runs on the broker's platform
- Blog posts, market news and articles
- Initial support for enquiries
MIZANOVA does not receive or hold client funds, does not execute trades and does not manage accounts on behalf of users. The availability and features of each service may change from time to time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if that is higher, to use our services. By using them, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to accept these terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that using our services and trading with a broker is lawful in your country of residence. Our services are not offered in any jurisdiction where offering them would be unlawful. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when contacting us or requesting a service.
No investment advice and risk acknowledgement
All content and services provided by MIZANOVA, including signals, analysis, trade updates and educational material, are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument, and they do not take into account your personal objectives, financial situation or needs.
Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results, and MIZANOVA does not guarantee any profit, return or outcome. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should only trade with money you can afford to lose. Please read our Risk Disclosure page before using our services and seek independent advice where needed.
The broker, third parties and links
Trading accounts, identity verification (KYC), order execution, deposits and withdrawals are provided exclusively by the broker, Grand Capital, under its own terms and privacy policy. Any agreement you enter into for these services is between you and the broker. MIZANOVA may receive referral compensation from the broker, as explained on our Partnership Disclosure page.
Our website and services also link to, or rely on, independent third parties such as the external education platform, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, TradingView and market-data providers. We do not control these third parties, are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms. Questions about account balances, execution, deposits or withdrawals should be directed to the broker first.
Private trading desk
Access to the private trading desk is reserved for clients who meet the qualification criteria set by MIZANOVA from time to time. We may grant, refuse, suspend or revoke access at our discretion, including where the criteria are no longer met or these terms have been breached.
Desk content, including signals, analysis and trade updates, is confidential and provided for your personal use only. You must not copy, forward, share, publish, resell or otherwise distribute it, in whole or in part, to anyone. Signals may be delayed, changed or cancelled, and acting on them remains entirely your own decision and at your own risk.
Education programs and paid offerings
Free introductory lectures are provided as general education. The full education program and any other paid offerings are delivered through the external education platform or another channel identified at the time of purchase.
Fees, payment methods, access periods, and refund and cancellation terms for any paid offering are set out at the point of purchase or on the platform where it is sold, and those terms apply to your purchase. Completing a program does not guarantee trading results. Prices and the availability of programs may change, without affecting purchases already completed.
Acceptable use and community rules
You agree to use the services lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you must not:
- Use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose
- Impersonate MIZANOVA, its team or any other person, or falsely claim to represent us
- Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or referral or affiliate links
- Solicit members for funds, account management, investment schemes or private trading services
- Harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against others, or post offensive or illegal content
- Share or resell confidential content, including trading-desk signals
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or overload our website, systems or channels
- Use bots, scrapers or other automated means to collect content or data without our permission
In our Telegram channel and Discord community, members are expected to treat one another with respect, stay on topic and follow the rules posted by moderators. Anyone claiming to be from MIZANOVA who asks you for money, passwords or access to your trading account is not acting on our behalf. We may remove content and mute or ban members who breach these rules.
Intellectual property and user submissions
The MIZANOVA name, logo, visual identity, website design and content are owned by or licensed to MIZANOVA and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only, and you may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, sell or otherwise use our content or trademarks without our prior written permission. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
If you send us messages, feedback, testimonials or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it does not infringe the rights of others. You grant MIZANOVA a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content to respond to you, to operate and improve our services and, where you have agreed, to publish it. We will not publish your personal details without your permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, as to their accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. Market data, prices and widgets may be delayed or inaccurate and should not be relied upon for trading decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MIZANOVA and its team shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services or content, or from the acts or omissions of the broker or any third party. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnity, suspension and termination
You agree to indemnify and hold MIZANOVA and its team harmless from any claims, losses, damages and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the services, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the services, including the trading desk and our community channels, if you breach these terms, if required by law, or where necessary to protect our users or services. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law, will continue to apply.
Changes, governing law and disputes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the services and may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are published on this page with a new last-updated date, and your continued use of the services after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it amicably. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
